**We Hope You Will:**
As a member of the product manager team, you will be deeply involved in the entire lifecycle of insurance software products.
Work closely with business teams to conduct detailed requirements analysis and gain a deep understanding of market pain points and needs in the insurance business.
Be responsible for writing and maintaining detailed product specifications and requirements documents, ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of the product.
Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders such as development, business, and operations to ensure requirements are accurately communicated and successfully implemented.
Data Analysis: Participate in product data analysis, collect user feedback, and provide data support for product iteration and optimization.
Documentation & Knowledge Management: Assist in writing and updating product-related documentation, and participate in the organization and maintenance of the internal knowledge base.
Continuously track industry trends and competitor products, providing insights and suggestions for product innovation.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, engineers, and the QA team to ensure products are delivered on time and with high quality.
