Igloo is hiring a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to lead enterprise-grade growth and marketing strategy and execution across our Tech Solutions, B2B2C partnerships, and B2C business lines. This role is designed for a senior marketing manager who combines strong B2B marketing fundamentals with modern growth and digital expertise.
You will architect and scale regional marketing programs that support partnership ecosystems, enterprise sales pipelines, and multi-market expansion. This role requires someone comfortable operating in structured, cross-functional environments while bringing the agility in mindset, process and workflows needed to succeed in a fast-growing insurtech company.
