As a Director, Real Estate Growth you will help execute Industrious' network expansion strategy in the US. You will be directly responsible for managing a pipeline of opportunities with our landlord partners, driving transactions from initial sourcing and site selection through structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team in the early stages of its expansion in a highly entrepreneurial, high-visibility role with significant growth potential. The successful candidate has some business development and transactional experience, commercial real estate knowledge, solid communication and analytical skills, and a strong work ethic.
This role will report to the Head of Real Estate and be based in NYC.
The annual base compensation for this role is between $150,000 and $160,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
You will also be eligible for an annual 30% target bonus and participation in our long-term incentive program.
Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious' total compensation package for this role.
