AI Revenue Growth Specialist

We are looking for an AI Revenue Growth Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. This professional will act tactically as a link between business areas and AI technology teams, supporting the definition of demands, prioritization of use cases, and the evolutionary implementation of AI solutions that support commercial processes.

Your role will be focused on supporting revenue growth initiatives, including the improvement and enrichment of databases, support in defining ideal customer profiles (ICPs), categorization with management, lead scoring initiatives, and commercial activation support in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AIs to optimize commercial process functions, identifying, mapping, and automating repetitive tasks (e.g., lead enrichment, data verification, initial qualification, writing personalized emails, lead scoring) through workflow automation platforms, ensuring intelligent integration and autonomous execution of routines.
  • Define with managers criteria for categorization of accounts and Leads via AI, promoting data refinement, automatic segmentation, and prioritization of opportunities.
  • Monitor, within Salesforce, the campaigns and leads generated by Artificial Intelligence initiatives, tracking indicators and supporting the measurement of results and impact on commercial performance.
  • Generate, qualify, and optimize lead databases (e.g., using AI tools that the company will provide), integrating with commercial processes.
  • Continuously monitor and supervise the performance of AI and automation flows, incorporating RAG logic, to evaluate the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of generated responses.
  • Identify and propose continuous process improvements, additional automations, and AI use for productivity (e.g., workflow automations, alerts, automated dashboards).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in projects for the creation and implementation of AI agents for process automation and system integration
  • Domination of AI tools and automation platforms in practice
  • Experience with programming languages and technologies for automation/data processing: Java, Python, SQL.
  • Practical experience in enriching lead databases, using market tools will be a plus.
  • Analytical profile, with communication skills to dialogue with managers and propose solutions.
  • Knowledge in data analysis, account segmentation, commercial intelligence, and process automation to increase productivity and efficiency of the operation.
