About LEAP East

Your Role

As Marketing Manager for LEAP East, you will design and deliver critical aspects of our marketing strategy to achieve commercial objectives and revenue targets through brand development, customer segmentation, data analytics, campaign planning, and multi-channel optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution:

  • Own and drive marketing strategy, including planning, implementation, and optimisation for both inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Deliver on strategic KPIs by driving online traffic, leads, and conversions
  • Develop and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Optimise SEO strategies and collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, relevant content

Analysis & Insight:

  • Monitor campaign performance through data analytics
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
  • Share relevant insights with wider marketing team and senior management

Leadership:

  • Manage digital marketing team members to successfully implement campaign strategies
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to direct reports

Qualifications

Requirements

Essential:

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Significant experience in a Marketing Manager role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, online advertising)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Experience with database development, segmentation, and targeting
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Deadline-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Experience with marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua)
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms
  • Social media management experience
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics/Adobe)
  • Events marketing experience
  • Experience in the tech sector
