Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership and coordination of the Engineering Change Board (ECB) for all motor series
• Analysis, processing, and coordination of change requests (CRs)
• Creating and updating drawings, part lists, and specifications for our motor components
• Active participation in the continuous improvement and development of our products, operations, processes, and tools
• Providing technical expertise and solutions regarding project operations and system-technical Windchill support
• Training tasks regarding processes, tools, standards, and guidelines within the team

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed technical education at a university of applied sciences/university or HTL or master's training or equivalent
• Secure handling of 3D CAD programs (especially Catia V5) Creo, Windchill, ERP Oracle is advantageous
• Proficient analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Very good project management and organizational skills
• Independent, proactive, and structured working method
• Knowledge in design and development of piston motors is advantageous
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good German and English skills (verbal and written)
• Work authorization in Austria is a prerequisite for this position (non-EU citizens: please attach to the application)
