Product Marketing Manager

INNIO Jenbacher is a global leader in gas engine solutions for power generation. Our digital product portfolio, marketed under the myplant brand, delivers cutting-edge asset performance management, predictive analytics, maintenance planning, and energy management for our customers and partners. We are seeking a dynamic and independent Product Marketing Manager to lead all branding, communication, marketing, and training initiatives for the myplant brand. This role combines strategic leadership with a strong hands-on component—driving projects from concept to execution and actively delivering key marketing activities yourself. You will work closely with Product Management to align marketing goals with our product portfolio strategy and collaborate with INNIO's Communication and Training teams for seamless execution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the myplant brand, including hands-on creation of campaigns, events, and training materials
• Lead branding initiatives to strengthen market positioning and awareness
• Manage communication channels (digital, print, events) and deliver training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers
• Align marketing activities with product management and collaborate with INNIO's Communication and Training teams
• Oversee marketing budget and drive projects from concept to execution
• Ensure myplant products are correctly represented in INNIO sales materials and product documentation
• Support the sales team with up-to-date product information, maintain current contract templates and pricing

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B technology or industrial sectors
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, branding, and training development abilities
• Independent, proactive, and hands-on approach
• Experience managing budgets and working cross-functionally
• Fluent in German and English
