Insight Global is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition, website conversion optimization, lifecycle email optimization, and scale management and reporting for an AI B2C SaaS company. The successful candidate will manage and optimize ads, CPC, CTR, cost per trial, cost per paid customer, ROAS, and build and manage feature-specific retargeting based on user behavior, and monitor spend vs budget to make scale decisions based on performance triggers. Success will be determined by CPA trending downward, ROAS trending upward, and the LTV: CAC above 3:1. Additionally, success will show in consistent growth in paid customers attributed to paid channels, and data-backed scale recommendation delivered within 90 days.
