Instructional Designer
A large life sciences client of ours is looking for an instructional designer to support and manage the internal implementation and expansion of Xyleme for enterprise quality content. This team is running all learning content through this platform where it is designed and stored. This individual must have the technical capabilities to author and edit within Xyleme to distribute necessary content. They must have experience with content reuse strategy and transitions. They will be strategizing and designing learning solutions/e-learning for stakeholders/smes. They will complete a needs assessment, conceptualize what trainings would solve the gaps, and brainstorm solutions and training options. They will develop storyboards and develop the e-learning modules in xyleme. This role is fully remote but must sit in est, cst, or pst time zones. This will start as a three month contract with possibility of extensions.
