As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and advancing GenAI applications within the organization. This role is essential to transforming how our 300,000+ associates access information and enhancing productivity through cutting-edge RAG and GenAI technologies. For the right candidate, this position offers the unique opportunity to reshape the digital workplace within a global healthcare leader. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, technically skilled product manager with a background in engineering. You thrive in managing multiple work streams simultaneously, possess exceptional communication skills, and excel in navigating a complex, matrixed organization. You will be a trusted partner for cross-functional teams, helping to deliver high-impact products that benefit the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of GenAI products by managing the integration of data sources into our enterprise-level RAG systems.

• Prioritize and create a high-value roadmap for data integrations and product features, identify technical constraints, and report recommendations to leadership and the tech team.

• Act as an evangelist for the platform, creating world-class presentation decks and marketing videos to drive adoption across the enterprise.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless translation of user experience requirements into backend functionality, leveraging your technical expertise in microservices, Kubernetes, and machine learning systems.

• Manage product backlogs and define epics, features, and user stories in Jira, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Talk to the internal users to collect feedback and continuously iterate on the product.

• Demonstrate curiosity about the intersection of GenAI and software development, and stay ahead of trends and emerging tools in the field.

Compensation: $25/hr to $30/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
