A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Product Owner to join their team. This role is a 12 month fully remote contract. This position will act as the Product Owner for a team that is in the process of a large Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation. The Product Owner will provide product leadership, functional ownership, and delivery oversight for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud applications. This role requires a strong functional background in Oracle HCM and the ability to represent business needs across HR, Payroll, and Benefits while partnering with technical delivery teams. They will manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria as well as communicate with stakeholders. This candidate will have several years of experience as a product owner, hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud, and strong communication/stakeholder management experience. Although the role is remote, the ideal candidate would be located in Tampa, FL.
