Product Owner Role
Develop and maintain the overall product roadmap. Prioritize the product backlog during sprint planning meetings and backlog grooming sessions. Enable sales automation strategies with robust & scalable solutions. Coordinate delivery of IT products to enable best-in-class customer experience across Rentokil North America. Establish goals and define content for Agile software deployment teams. Communicate progress effectively in multiple presentation formats (demos, presentations, written summaries and verbally) to key stakeholders including executives. Must have ability to communicate with leadership in both business and technology roles. Collaborate across other product owner roles to ensure development priorities are not siloed. Lead market analysis, user feedback sessions, communication of product releases and schedules. Apply critical thinking and creativity to challenge conventional wisdom and drive new best practices.
