Enterprise Systems Architect

This position is responsible for architecting, designing, enhancing, and implementing enterprise-level systems that support business operations and strategic initiatives, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with business leaders to gather and clarify requirements
• Translate those needs into functional requirements (what the system should do) and technical requirements (how it will do it)
• Create architecture diagrams, data models and data flows, user workflows, and integration designs
• Review designs with technical teams
• Support testing by creating test plans and validating outcomes
• Troubleshoot issues during build, testing, and go-live
• Create training materials and support user adoption
• Use AI tools (Copilot, Anthropic, etc.) to speed up documentation and design work
