Senior Mobile Apps Designer

Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a Senior Mobile Apps Designer to lead the design and delivery of best-in-class eCommerce experiences across a portfolio of brands. This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining themes and reusable assets that ensure consistency and quality across multiple mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile design, thrive in cross-functional teams, and possess a passion for creating engaging user experiences from discovery through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mobile design efforts from initial discovery and ideation through to high-fidelity prototypes and handoff to development teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain and evolve themes and reusable design assets for mobile apps across multiple brands, ensuring design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, engaging mobile app experiences that drive user satisfaction and business results.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and other discovery activities to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications for mobile apps, ensuring a seamless user experience across iOS and Android platforms.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices within the team and across the organization.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design quality and intent are maintained through implementation.
• Stay up to date with the latest mobile app design trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights with the team.
