Your Role
As a Marketing CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and executing lifecycle and loyalty strategies across instacar's digital ecosystem. You will own CRM journeys end-to-end, translating customer insights into meaningful, personalized experiences that drive retention, loyalty, and long-term value. This role works closely with Marketing, Product, BI, and Performance teams and has strong exposure to data-driven decision making.
