The flexibility to do my work my way, however I do notice how our UI is a mess and not much is fixed for a long time which is harder to navigate when I have to explain that to my customer
My team is curious and looking to be challenged and work hard, however I can't say the same about a few Sales team members who don't understand tech but are put in the front seat when trying to go out and sell, IAS should hire more technical Sales people
