Platform Product Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst (Contractor) to join our Digital Employee Experience team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at stakeholder management, and has a strong foundation in product management practices. You will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive feature prioritization, facilitate agile delivery, and ensure our ServiceNow platform solutions deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and communicate priorities.
Collaborate with product managers to evaluate, prioritize, and refine feature requests based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
Partner with engineering teams to define test plans, validate deliverables, and ensure high-quality releases.
Conduct interviews, surveys, and data analysis to validate product direction and inform prioritization decisions.

Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and agile best practices.
