Paralegal Position

Note: This hybrid position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at the Los Angeles, CA office.

Note: You must have at least 4 years of litigation experience (defense preferred) and either a Paralegal Certificate or a Bachelor's Degree. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not schedule a call, as it will be canceled.

Job Description

• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Support attorneys in discovery, depositions, subpoenas, and document review
• Maintain organized electronic case files using a document management system
• Prepare and manage exhibits, subpoenas, and trial materials
• Analyze and summarize medical records and litigation data
• Travel as needed to attend trials and support legal teams onsite

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree required
• 4+ years of litigation experience, ideally in a defense firm
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
• Familiarity with client billing practices and time entry
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and travel nationwide for trial support
