The Partner Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing marketing plans and promotions to increase Preferred Suppliers revenue, exposure, awareness and education. This includes communication with partners on deadlines, collection of partner marketing and events assets and invoicing completed tactics. In addition, the partner marketing coordinator will assist in departmental duties, such as invoicing, preparing service-related documents such as meeting agendas, event reports, sponsorship fulfillment, and other partner communications and correspondence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Tourism, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years post-college marketing experience.
• Travel may be required to company events and meetings.
• Self-motivated with the strong initiative to work independently.
• Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be extremely organized and able to work on many programs simultaneously.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Effective communication and/or sales skills with a variety of audiences.
• Team Player.
• Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, word processing, database and spreadsheet software.
• Experience in the travel and/or tourism industry a plus.
• Experience in Account Management/Ad Agency is a plus.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company's financial goal achievement and individual performance.
