Intuitive is seeking an experienced marketer to take on the role of Senior Marketing Manager – da Vinci Platforms and Digital Portfolio on the Global Marketing and Insights team. This role will be responsible for global marketing of our multifaceted portfolio of da Vinci platforms for various healthcare audiences. This individual is responsible for global product marketing of Intuitive's da Vinci multiport and single port platforms, with a focus on elevating the value of digital capabilities as a core part of the platform experience. Working across product franchises, geographies, and in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across business functions, this individual will have a unique breadth and story-telling platform, tying the value-proposition of Intuitive's platforms into a cohesive and compelling story that connects platform innovation to customer value and long-term adoption.

Essential Job Duties

  • Develop compelling product portfolio messaging, global content and commercial assets to be used across multiple communication channels to help drive trial and acquisition of target customers.
  • Establish messaging that sets the Intuitive systems portfolio apart, with a focus on Intuitive's multiport, single port, and digital portfolios.
  • Drive cohesive messaging that defines the value proposition of the intraoperative digital portfolio across customer segments – ensuring the value of digital is integrated with da Vinci, well understood, and relevant to diverse audiences.
  • Transform marketing messaging from a feature/benefits communication to customer centric problem/solution narrative with data driven outcomes.
  • Tie the value-proposition of relevant digital, learning, service solutions into a cohesive marketing strategy that ranges across the systems portfolio lifecycle.
  • Collect and synthesize product data from Business Units for claims generation supporting new products to ensure proof points that quantify the impact of our products.
  • Develop evidence generation plan and pull through with multiple stakeholders – from GAVE/MACA/clinical affairs/Enterprise Analytics to commercial functions.
  • Lead and coordinate integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and adoption of Intuitive's portfolio of systems as a complete solution in alignment with in-region business goals and clearances.
  • Oversee the development of product portfolio marketing programs to build awareness and drive global demand generation.
  • Serve as the product portfolio subject matter expert and develop appropriate marketing assets to amplify through digital, social, ad/media to reach key market segments.
  • Drive the engagement with the Product Management leaders to establish a continuous feedback loop (encompassing market trends, customer needs, and competitive messaging) to influence the product roadmap.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitive technologies and their messaging/positioning.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related marketing discipline required with a history of defining and launching successful products and programs, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to effectively build a product brand, position and communicate product value.
  • Experience in developing strong commercial and KOL partnerships to inform a value-driven portfolio narrative.
  • Capacity to learn new technical skills and build clinical acumen.
  • Ability to simplify complex technologies and technical detail to be understood across a broad customer base.
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively amidst competing priorities to deliver high-impact marketing programs on-time and within budget to support overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Superb verbal/written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • The ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across different teams and at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on personally executing at the highest levels.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior business leaders and leading strategic discussions.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
  • Business driver, with proven track-record of leading cross-functional teams

Required Education and Training

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Master's degree preferred
