Your Role

As our Design & Email Marketing Manager, you'll bring Inyova's mission to life. Your work will decide how we connect with our audience and how we can make impact investing the new mainstream.

In detail, you will:

• Shape our digital presence: You will design high-quality assets for emails, websites, landing pages, and social media that inspire our audience to take action.
• Drive impact with every campaign: You will own the creation of memorable, email campaigns that convert visitors into loyal impact investors.
• Own our impact investor's experience: You will use your creative eye and data-driven insights to craft personalized content that builds stronger connections with our impact investors and drives real engagement.
• Lead and empower: You will manage an email operations manager to ensure campaigns run smoothly, empowering them to contribute creatively and take ownership of their tasks.
• Connect dots between teams: You will be part of Inyova's Marketing team and collaborate with the Product teams to develop campaigns that really make a difference.
• Innovate and evolve: You will bring fresh ideas, push boundaries, and shape the direction of our marketing strategy. Make us stay ahead in a fast-growing market.

Your Profile

As part of our team, …

• You have 2-3 years of professional experience as a marketing designer, visual designer, or in a similar creative role, with first hands-on experience in email marketing.
• You are proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and are comfortable creating both static and animated assets for digital campaigns.
• You have a solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis, and are experienced in using email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
• You have a passion for sustainability and impact investing, and you're excited about shaping the future of the industry.
• You are a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills in English and German. Skills in French are a plus.
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking initiative, owning projects, and contributing your ideas to help grow a dynamic start-up.
• You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team, always striving to bring creative solutions and fresh ideas to the table.
