As the Director of Brand Marketing, you are responsible for shaping, communicating, and strengthening the company's brand identity across all channels and touchpoints. This role leads the development of strategic brand initiatives, integrated campaigns, and storytelling that differentiate Input Output Group in the Web3 market. The role is responsible for driving customer engagement, and building long-term brand equity. The Director partners cross-functionally with product, communications, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals. You will define and grow our brand in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and lead the charge in shaping our story, driving brand awareness, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our mission and values.

As a team leader, you will balance strategy with hands-on execution, wearing many hats and collaborating closely with product, growth, and leadership to make an impact. The position also holds accountability for managing a small but mighty brand team that scales with the business and venture studio including a digital media strategist, social media strategist, and CRM and analytics strategist.

You will be responsible for vendor and agency management for all branding projects. The Director acts as a liaison between the Marketing and Communications team and IOG product marketing as well as Venture Studio teams for all brand related work.

Drive the evolution of IOG's brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences. You will work with the IOG leadership team to promote the company as an innovator and Venture Studio to the press and public and oversee outbound customer-facing communications across our website, blog, and social channels.

Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, bringing your insights to cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, user experience, technology, and financial / investor markets.

Support the Venture Studio Group to develop incubator and start-up brands.

Ensure the project team delivers world-class campaigns, overseeing the delivery of creative, strategy, and go-to-market plans that are integrated with the overall business strategy and brand positioning across all channels.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders: Product Marketing, Ecosystem & Community, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

Lead all conversations with our internal teams and agency partners including status meetings, presentations and reviews.

Guide business units product marketing strategy and Venture Studio teams to develop strategic briefs and ensure that proper direction is provided and maintained throughout the campaign development process.

Partner with BU product marketing and Venture Studio teams to align on objectives, program requirements, and KPIs, to deliver breakthrough ideas and brand activations.

Work closely with project management and the marketing shared services leadership team to ensure deliverables are developed on strategy, on time, and within budget.

Drive integration best practices. Identify and implement operational and process efficiencies that lead to continuous improvement and efficiency.

Manage approvals, feedback, and input from multiple stakeholders.

Manage all production aspects with the project management team to uphold brand identity, ensuring all creative projects maintain consistency with established guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to strengthen visual storytelling.
