Customer Services Specialist – Sales & Marketing Support
At IQVIA, we help our clients drive healthcare forward through data, technology and people. We are currently seeking a Customer Services Specialist – Sales & Marketing Support to join one of our dedicated teams in the Netherlands.
This is a hands-on, operational role supporting customer services, product distribution and sales & marketing coordination within a regulated healthcare environment.
The role
In this role, you will act as a key operational link between customers, distributors, internal teams and external partners. You will help ensure that customer orders, product distribution activities and sales & marketing support processes run smoothly, accurately and on time.
This is not a creative marketing role. The focus is on coordination, administration, problem-solving and execution in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer and internal inquiries relating to product orders and services
- Manage and track sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners to support product shipments, returns and issue resolution
- Support activities in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements, including documentation and investigations
- Identify, document and appropriately escalate product quality complaints and adverse events
- Maintain accurate customer, prescriber and order information in relevant systems
- Provide sales & marketing support, including coordination of materials, agencies, approvals and localisation activities
- Manage traffic and timelines for the production and distribution of print and digital materials
Education & background
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in customer service, logistics, operations or commercial support roles
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment is beneficial but not essential
- Candidates with strong operational experience from other industries (e.g. logistics, distribution, supply chain, customer operations) are encouraged to apply

- Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams, agencies and external partners
- Willingness to work primarily on-site at offices in Delft, especially during onboarding
Practical requirements
- Based in the Netherlands with eligibility to work
- English and Dutch required
- Full-time availability
- Ability to commute to Delft / surrounding area
