Specialty-Hospital Analyst

The Specialty & Real World Insights (RWI) team of IQVIA leads the expertise of hospital pharmaceutical market. Collaborating with hospitals we help pharmaceutical industry to get a deep knowledge of the hospital environment through information studies.

As an analyst within our Specialty team, your main objective will be leading the ad hoc hospital projects:

Design the master of the projects and ensure its execution. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Analyze, validate, and interpret the information reported in the projects. Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing project outcomes and insights. Resolution of the issues reported by the client. Demonstrates a deep understanding of hospital market dynamics and patient management pathways, effectively translating data insights into actionable solutions aligned with client needs. Innovation in methodological approaches and data automation. Supports in building strong data analytics based on Healthcare Big Data Work in cross-functional projects with high interaction with other company areas, building 360º solutions for our clients and developing deep knowledge in commercial and clinical strategy research in the real world human data of life science industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Computer Science or related discipline and experience in analyzing healthcare data preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High Excel Microsoft Office level.
• Data Processing/Programming (Python, SAS, R, etc.) knowledge will be positively considered.
• High English level.
• Knowledge of the hospital pharmaceutical market will be positively considered.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrates consulting, creativity, critical thinking, project planning, and attention to detail capabilities.
• A proactive, innovative and pragmatic approach to problem solving and an ability to think critically and independently.
• Flexible and adaptable in a client focused, results driven environment
• Fluent in English.
