Information & Product Development Manager

Leadership Role in Pharmaceutical Market Information and Audits

The purpose of this position is to lead the strategy, development, and growth of the portfolio of pharmaceutical market information and audit products in Chile, as well as some new technology products. The person will be a strategic partner between the business areas, sales, production, technology, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities

• Strategy and product development
• Leading the strategy and evolution of the pharmaceutical market information and audit product portfolio.
• Identifying opportunities for the development of new products based on market and customer needs.
• Defining standards and governance for the execution of audits in different countries.
• Ensuring that the products and services offered generate strategic value for customers.
• Commercial management
• Working closely with the commercial team (KAMs) to drive the sale of information products.
• Participating in meetings with clients and laboratories to present solutions, resolve objections, and support business closures.
• Identifying growth opportunities within the customer portfolio.
• Contributing to the achievement of the sales budget for the area.
• Cross-functional coordination

Education

• University degree in Engineering, Systems, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Desirable postgraduate or specialization in Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Market Research.

Experience

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, consulting, or data analytics companies.
• Previous experience in roles related to Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, Business Support, or Product Management.
• Experience with information products, audits, or market analysis.
• Knowledge in Power BI, CRM, and data analysis.
