Uses marketing expertise to help navigate strategy and planning for promotional materials, sales tactics, and other events and activities. Creates and develops new campaigns, advertising copy, manages social media and other marketing materials. Main functions include: responsible for inbound and outbound communications and content development on digital channels including Wechat platform, email, etc. Conduct targeted marketing plans with a coherent integration of marketing tactics, event and PR activities to achieve goals. Work on consistent and effective messaging of promotional materials to support marketing activities (e.g. collateral). Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns. Manage external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
Job requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years related marketing experience. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Strong problem solving, self-starter, analytical, project management and planning skills. Good understanding of IQVIA offering in the customer environment strongly preferred. Pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred.
