Product Strategist

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Strategist to lead our omnichannel and digital marketing solutions in Canada. This role is tasked with leveraging the strengths of IQVIA’s data, analytics and deep industry knowledge to provide industry leading digital engagement offerings.

Our offerings span fundamental digital engagement strategies and key customer audience definitions through to providing customer journey support, and deployment of marketing messages through various channels including digital advertising. We specialize in the unique needs of the life sciences industry including pharmaceutical, Medtech, insurers, pharmacists, and medical institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the digital engagement function by anticipating the future needs and capabilities of our clients and ensuring our team is proactively building to support those.

• Solution Development: Enhance current, and develop new technical capabilities that meet the digital engagement needs of our industry.

• Collaboration: Work with multiple partners, cross-functional teams, and external innovators to deliver comprehensive digital solutions.

• Client Relationships: Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and value realization from our marketing and technology solutions.

• Sales Support: Develop product roadmaps, pricing strategies, sales materials, and support the sales process as a subject matter expert.

• Innovation: Expand capabilities and introduce new digital marketing solutions to meet evolving client needs.

Principal Accountabilities

• Contribute to strategic thinking and organizational change management to advance digital marketing capabilities for our clients.

• Continuous expansion and development of capabilities

• Lead the deployment of digital marketing solutions, ensuring consistency across client brands and experiences.

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify opportunities and write scope of work documents for proposal and internal delivery teams.

• Present tailored solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Monitor and report on KPIs, leveraging analytics for actionable insights.

• Collaborate with internal product teams across IQVIA internationally, and with our external partners for development of new solutions and excellence in delivery

• Collaborate with local client focused account teams to ensure we are bringing tailored solutions that meet individual client needs

• Provide experience and best practices back into the IQVIA teams with common opportunities.

• Ensure consistency of client experience by coordinating across client brands.

• Work closely with IQVIA internal sales and delivery teams to provide consistent positive customer experience.

• Responsible for leveraging analytics obtained during campaigns for actionable insights into IQVIA's customer orchestration platform.

• Work closely with client's digital marketing and CRM team members; flex team resources to deliver on priorities laid out by the Omnichannel/Multi-Channel Marketing objectives and client Brand Teams

• Proactively stay abreast of innovative internal and external tactics and tools in order to push thinking of marketers and Omnichannel Marketing

• Partners with client's digital agencies, serving as the lead for fostering the relationship with the agency & IQVIA. Drive consistency in usage to ensure efficiencies of execution and scale

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience: Extensive experience in sales, digital marketing, or related fields, preferably in life sciences or healthcare.

• Skills: Strong understanding of digital engagement capabilities, product management, and excellent communication skills.
