ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a consulting firm specializing in enterprise digital transformation. On behalf of a large-scale industrial client, we are looking for a people-oriented Microsoft AI Business Analyst & Product Champion to become the human face of an ongoing Microsoft Copilot transformation program.

In this role, you will mentor a diverse internal user community through the full journey of turning business ideas into AI-powered solutions — from early ideation all the way to live demo. You will also own program tracking and reporting, acting as a product manager across the entire project portfolio.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft AI and Copilot ecosystem from a business and user-value perspective.
• Hands-on experience in business analysis (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge on ERP processes in different domains such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain in order to understand business problems and address automations with AI technologies.
• People-first communicator: able to build rapport, listen actively, and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured thinker: can frame complex or vague ideas into clear, actionable plans.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, or equivalent tools.
• Basic technical literacy around Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio — understanding, not development.
• University degree; Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft AI-900 or MS-600 or similar business-focused AI certifications (nice to have).

This role is not for you if: you are primarily a Project Manager or Scrum Master. We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong process analysis skills — someone who digs into business problems, maps processes, and shapes AI solutions. Agile delivery knowledge is a plus, but this is an analytical role first.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Guide users through AI ideation: identify real business needs, assess feasibility as AI use cases, and help prioritize the most impactful scenarios.
• Explain how Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio map to different use cases; steer users toward the right tool and approach for their context.
• Structure and shape user projects: map workflows, define target audiences, clarify success criteria, and break down work into actionable steps.
• Own the full project portfolio: track activity, progress, and blockers across all concurrent user projects.
• Prepare and deliver regular status updates and summary presentations for program stakeholders (management and project owners).
• Support users in demo preparation: help build scenarios, narrative flow, and presentation structure.
• Collect and share good practices across the program; make success stories visible to the broader organization.
