General Information
The recruitment specialist is responsible for the full recruitment cycle—from aligning needs with the manager to searching, screening, conducting interviews, making offers, and supporting until the new employee's adaptation. The main focus is on talent search, process improvement, strategy development, and internal client support.
This role involves close collaboration with HR partners and recruitment managers to implement tactical candidate search strategies that meet the company's goals for diversity and quality of personnel. The recruitment specialist also acts as a mentor for other recruiters, enhancing their expertise and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Searching for passive candidates and attracting the best talents.
- Preparing candidates for interviews, providing information about the company, strategy, team, and expectations.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship development.
- Conducting in-depth interviews and collaborating with business to meet staffing needs.
- Participating in special projects, including improving interview techniques and identifying internal talents.
- Full support of the process: from candidate presentation to agreement signing.
- Active use of online resources for candidate search.
- Collaborating with managers to determine staffing needs.
- Adhering to company's security policies.
- Performing other tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Result-oriented, ability to set and achieve goals.
- High level of communication, adaptability to different audiences.
- Teamwork, responsibility for the joint result.
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with various data sources.
- Ability to work in multitasking and high-dynamic conditions.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including executive positions.
- Knowledge of international recruitment practices.
- High level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Initiative, strategic and tactical thinking.
- Confident proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email.
- English language proficiency above average.
- Hungarian or any other language proficiency will be an advantage.
Education and experience:
- Higher education (preferably in Recruitment, HR, communications, marketing, etc.).
- 8–10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3 years in executive recruitment.
- Deep knowledge of all recruitment stages: search, assessment, negotiation, labor market analytics, candidate relationship management.
