Transformational Lean Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with managers and employees in all departments for process transformation and supporting Lean culture
• Analysis of problems and processes and finding solutions and improvement opportunities
• Facilitation of Kaizen Events for analysis and transformation of both manufacturing and service processes
• Support of transformation initiatives, providing recommendations to Lean Coaches
• Mentorship and coaching of operators in Lean projects
• Ensuring the correct and consistent application of Lean principles
• Participation in certification projects (Bronze/Silver)
• Supporting the culture of respect, openness, and experimentation
• Development of leaders for conducting Kaizen events
• Supporting the development of Lean strategies
• Compliance with safety, ethics, and internal procedures

Main Requirements:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in implementing Lean principles and tools
• Ability to work with internal programs and reporting
• High level of analytical skills and ability to quickly orient in new information and new processes
• Ability to teach, coach, and share best practices
• Proficiency in English above the average level
