Transformational Lean Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with managers and employees in all departments for process transformation and supporting Lean culture
- Analysis of problems and processes and finding solutions and improvement opportunities
- Facilitation of Kaizen Events for analysis and transformation of both manufacturing and service processes
- Support of transformation initiatives, providing recommendations to Lean Coaches
- Mentorship and coaching of operators in Lean projects
- Ensuring the correct and consistent application of Lean principles
- Participation in certification projects (Bronze/Silver)
- Supporting the culture of respect, openness, and experimentation
- Development of leaders for conducting Kaizen events
- Supporting the development of Lean strategies
- Compliance with safety, ethics, and internal procedures
Main Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in implementing Lean principles and tools
- Ability to work with internal programs and reporting
- High level of analytical skills and ability to quickly orient in new information and new processes
- Ability to teach, coach, and share best practices
- Proficiency in English above the average level
