Daily tasks:

• Work on the production line with following instructions and specifications
• Manage machines and equipment according to instructions
• Report on all impacts on the process and corrective actions
• Effective communication and cooperation within the team
• Maintaining quality and efficiency standards
• Follow exact work instructions
• Adopt new knowledge and increase skills for managing machines and devices
• Express ideas that can improve development
• Comply with all safety and protection measures at work
• Maintain workplace cleanliness

Requirements:

• Secondary vocational education, preferably in a technical field
• Skills in effective communication, teamwork, and good work organization
• Skillful manual work with small tools and electrical tools
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability
• Openness to change/willingness to develop and improve qualifications
• Flexibility in shift work
• Basic knowledge of English and computer skills are desirable
