Internship Opportunity: Global Indirect Procurement

Description of the Position:

As an intern in the Global Indirect Procurement team, you will support key activities related to the management of global indirect categories. You will work in collaboration with buyers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to contribute to strategic initiatives, data analysis, and process improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support in the collection and analysis of spending data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate in the preparation of RFI/RFP and supplier comparisons.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and process automation.
• Provide support in the management of contracts and related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for global stakeholders.
• Maintain the database of suppliers and contracts in internal systems.

Requirements:

• Active student in the final semesters of Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Interest in purchasing, supply chain, or data analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English (oral and written).
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
