Tasks:

• Control the condition and operational conditions of building facilities, implementing corrective measures
• Ensure the operation of electrical systems
• Identify and coordinate developments in electrical systems
• Initiate repair and refurbishment processes for electrical equipment, document the work performed, supervision (authorization of solar systems, performing modification processes)
• Manage, develop building mechanical and supervision systems, acquire necessary equipment for facility operation
• Plan processes related to the maintenance of new buildings, implement cost-effective developments
• Conduct negotiations with possible partners, subcontractors regarding procurements and projects
• Organize, manage, control the activities of external contractors, maintain contact with operation partners and providers

Expectations:

• Electrical engineering diploma
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment
• Intermediate English language skills (written and spoken)
• Project mindset
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Determination, flexibility, and proactive attitude

Advantage:

• AutoCAD knowledge
• Experience in automation systems (e.g. PLCs, SCADA)
• Programming experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, or other Microsoft 365-based process digitalization tools)
• Practical experience in electrical network design or implementation
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
