Assist in the operation of the manufacturing line while ensuring the highest quality and striving for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors while adhering to all safety requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare visual aids.
  • Review the defect sample and check the purge process.
  • Create PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Prepare a calibration tracking list and tracking to ensure all equipment that needs to be calibrated is done.
  • Provide support for equipment/process evaluation (experimentation) activities, utilizing appropriate measuring equipment and data gathering/inspection methods as directed by the QA.
  • Measure, record & maintain SPC data, technical reference files & physical storage of past control chart data and prepare reports as directed by the Quality Supervisor.
  • Command of the basics of SPC, have an understanding of SPC charting.
  • Create, distribute and then audit of various manufacturing statistical process control charts for adherence to SPC control chart procedure.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from Mechanical Engineering or related.
  • Knowledge in blueprint reading and experience with measurement tools
  • Knowledge about Customer Article Inspection (CAI)
  • Knowledge about First Article Inspection (FAI), approval setting, and final inspection
  • Knowledge about GD&T
  • Good in English is a must
