Production Supervisor

How Will You Make An Impact?
As a Production Supervisor at our Monument, CO facility, you will lead the Machine Support team to ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld. You'll oversee technical operations, manage staffing and development, and drive continuous improvement across equipment maintenance and support functions. Your leadership will directly impact operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Will You Do?
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, interview, and hire Process Engineers, Industrial Techs, WAVE Techs, and Machine Support Techs.
- Coach team members through the hiring process and monitor turnover to identify and implement improvements.
- Identify individual and team strengths and development needs; create and validate training curriculum.
- Mentor staff to deliver high-quality support to internal and external customers.
- Develop and manage succession plans for the machine shop function.
Performance Management
- Establish clear goals and metrics for individuals and the team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback based on input from peers, managers, and team members.
- Conduct timely performance evaluations and goal-setting sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and team performance.
- Coordinate large team activities and maintain focus during high-pressure situations.
- Ensure fair and consistent recognition and rewards.
Communication
- Facilitate open communication within the department.
- Adapt communication style to suit individual team members.
- Encourage input and feedback from the team.
Technical Oversight
- Manage the maintenance program including repair parts, preventative maintenance, feeder maintenance, and support equipment.
- Plan and schedule technical staff activities and vendor support for equipment installation, repair, and updates.
- Supervise line moves and builds.
- Maintain department reports and records.
- Ensure procedures and work instructions are efficient and non-redundant.
- Identify and implement best-in-field practices and process improvements.
- Lead by example and prioritize customer service.
- Utilize Jabil's Advanced Engineering group for additional support.
- Establish new measurement systems where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security policies.
How Will You Get Here?
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

The pay range for this role is $77,500 - $139,500. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: October 31, 2025.
