Summary
Responsible for weighing, identifying all products output and performs a variety of tasks related to the movement of materials required for the manufacturing of plastics products.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned.
- Weighs production and identifies by unit weight.
- Maintains a record of all production output.
- Fills out labels and identifies all packed products.
- Fills out forms on packed production and moves, after corresponding approvals by quality personnel.
- Reports all production of his shift by machines and corresponding shop order to Team Leader.
- Notifies Quality Technician of all changes in lots and shop orders.
- Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Loads, unloads and move material to supply and maintain production machinery with the required for the manufacturing of plastics products.
- Responsible for the verification of proper location of all material by machine and shop order.
- Returns materials in excess to the Warehouse.
- Complies and follows all procedures within the company security policy.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturig environment
- Forklift license, preferred
