Your Tasks:

• Leadership and development of teams in warehouse, shipping, and material management.
• Optimization of processes and cost structures.
• Implementation of strategic goals in the area of inventory control.
• Promotion of a high-performing and motivated team culture.
• Operational support of the logistics team.
• Leading cross-site projects.
• Proactive cooperation with internal and external stakeholders for the successful implementation of strategic logistics goals.
• Participation in the planning and execution of inventories.

You Bring:

• Completed education with further training in logistics/supply chain management (e.g., logistics manager or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Very good PC skills, especially MS Office and ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of global logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain management.
• Ability to solve complex problems and work across departments.
• Good English skills in both spoken and written form.
