How will you make an impact! As the Quality Technician you will provide support to the Quality Engineer and all Inverter activities, represent the quality function of technical support, in conjunction with other internal support groups, regarding issues affecting manufacturing on global customer accounts.

Location: This position will be working onsite at one of our newest St. Petersburg Florida facilities specializing in renewable energy

We are expanding to a 24/7 site and currently hiring for the shift below:

Shift B – 6pm to 6am 15% shift differential pay for hourly employees

Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

What will you do?

  • NPI production build follow up such as ECN confirmation, Build summary data collection, etc.
  • Handling production line incident such as non-conformance, MRB, FAI, line audit etc.
  • Quality and product document preparation based on customer requirements.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Quality Control inspectors to enhance their product quality decision-making.
  • Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needs change.

How will you get here?

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred not required or equivalent experience and 2~3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have IPC-610 which is critical.
  • Familiar with boxbuild process.
