Location: This role will be based on-site at our Memphis, TN facility.

Second Shift: M-F 3:00 - 11:30

What Will You Do? Support creation of visual aids and work instructions. Assist with calibration tracking and verification for all measurement devices. Support product and process engineering activities under the direction of the Quality Engineer. Collect and organize raw data for analysis. Participate in routine process and product audits. Support new product introduction and process improvement based on design of experiments. Configure MES flows for rework routing. Execute and track document actions including DA, ECN, and CAPA. Review in-line nonconforming material and coordinate movement to MRB. Create MRB travelers. Attend CAC meetings and MRB meetings as necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned.

How Will You Get Here? Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: 4+ years of applicable quality experience. Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Present information clearly to teams, management, and customers as needed. Analyze problems, collect and interpret data, and develop valid conclusions. Operate computers and software in a Windows environment. Utilize Microsoft Office applications with advanced proficiency. Read visual work aids and write simple documentation. Follow clear written or verbal instructions with consistency. Perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratios. Work effectively within standardized processes with limited variation.
