We are looking for you to join our team in Tuttlingen. Your responsibilities include:

• Independently manufacturing and assembling complex, diverse, and single-part surgical instruments
• Setting up the workplace and setting up and working on conventional machines
• Grinding, deburring, filing, bending, straightening, drilling, and assembling surgical instruments and components
• Learning and maintaining process requirements in the assigned area to meet safety, quality, compliance, and production goals as well as training requirements
• Performing in-process inspections and quality inspections as specified
• Performing functional and surface inspections
• Timely and proper assembly according to manufacturing order, assembly and test instructions, procedure instructions, and drawings
• Safe use of various measuring instruments, including numerous types of gages, micrometers, and calipers
• Contributing to continuous improvement processes

What you bring with you:

• School diploma or equivalent qualification
• Completed technical training, e.g., as a tool mechanic/in in the field of instrument technology, or a surgery mechanic/in, or a comparable vocational training
• At least 2 years of professional experience or a combination of education, experience, and/or training
• Trained in at least one special process such as laser welding, TIG welding, soldering, or similar
• Required minimum language: German - Negotiable, English - Basic knowledge
