Location: Hägendorf (SO)

Contract Type: Limited for 4 months

Contract Start: Immediately or by agreement

YOUR TASKS:

• Demand Planning & Customer Communication: Cooperation with business units and customers to develop a reliable demand plan and main contact for shipping and planning information.
• Operational & Master Planning: Creation and maintenance of a feasible master production plan based on resource analyses and close coordination with the operational team for successful implementation.
• Forecasting & Performance Monitoring: Development of sales forecasts, monitoring of actual performance, and implementation of corrective measures to achieve targets.
• Planning Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Tracking relevant planning metrics and initiating measures for process and performance optimization.
• System & Compliance Management: Maintenance of production plans in the ERP system in compliance with internal guidelines and company requirements.

REPORTING TO: Site Materials Manager

WHAT YOU BRING:

Education & Certification: Completed higher education (Bachelor or equivalent); certification in the field of supply chain is advantageous.

Professional Experience & System Knowledge: 1–5 years of relevant professional experience, including ERP and advanced planning systems (incl. SAP); knowledge of GMP/ISO standards is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficient use of Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Personal Strengths: Team-oriented thinking, proactive approach, ability to influence in matrix organizations, and to implement continuous improvements.
