Specialist For Supply Chain

We are looking for individuals to join our team as Specialists for Supply Chain. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of electronic components for production. Responsibilities:

• Placing orders with domestic and foreign suppliers according to production demand and purchase plan.
• Monitoring the status of order fulfillment and overseeing delivery timeliness.
• Maintaining constant contact with suppliers to resolve logistical and purchasing issues.
• Coordinating actions related to delays, shortages, component replacements, and other supply chain disruptions.
• Working closely with production planning, warehouse, and quality departments to ensure production continuity.
• Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing stock, and preparing purchasing reports and forecasts.
• Verifying purchasing documentation and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize delivery costs and times.
• Participating in projects to improve purchasing and logistics processes.

Requirements:

• Higher education (or currently in progress) in logistics, technical, or related fields.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written (daily cooperation with foreign suppliers).
• Knowledge of logistics and purchasing processes in the production environment.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to use the ERP system, with SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in a similar position is an added advantage.
