Internal Auditor

Feladatok:

• Active participation in developing audit plans for internal audits:
• Preparation of work documents related to the audit, selection of the audit group, coordination of auditors
• Notification of the organization during the audit process.
• Conducting audit meetings
• Proper documentation of internal audit results and continuous monitoring of the status of deviations
• Development of the internal audit system
• Coordination of the introduction of global documents, continuous contact with the responsible department and the global team. Initiation of the waiver process if necessary
• Review of the adaptability of documents to the system
• Supporting documentation supervision work
• Collection of data necessary for leadership reviews, preparation of reports
• Tasks related to the global audit/CAPA system
• SME level support for the global deployment process (GAP, Waiver, etc.) (system testing, setting up appropriate permissions, etc.)
• Tasks related to quality reporting
• Active participation in the preparation of management reviews
• Contract review - Coordination of new and 3-year contract review process, active contact with Business Unit Manager.

The Requirements for This Position:

• Technical degree
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent English speaking skills
• Internal auditor certification
• Audit experience
