How Will You Make An Impact? As a leader within the Learning and Development Center of Excellence, the Learning and Development Manager will partner with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences across the organization. They will manage and grow L&D communities of practice, lead development initiatives that strengthen a culture of continuous learning, provide onsite program support, and develop high-quality facilitation materials. This role ensures learning initiatives are closely aligned with business objectives.
Location: This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field required. Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in Organizational Development or a related discipline required.
Experience in a highly matrix/cross functional type of environment.
Operations/manufacturing environment experience. Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Expertise in training needs analysis and instructional design (classroom, blended, online, communities, learning support). Management of learning program design and delivery. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with, and influence, business leaders. Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, challenging global corporate environment required.
