Join our team NPI in the Test Department in Kwidzyn and become an Expert in Test Engineering (SME)!

Scope of duties:

• Preparing test strategies for new products/clients and their budgets.
• Coordinating the implementation of new products/clients at an early stage and ensuring smooth and efficient project implementation on the TE side, in accordance with procedures and engineering best practices.
• Searching for and defining new technologies needed for implemented projects.
• Supporting production and engineering teams with technical knowledge, solving difficult problems and consulting them with the client and other Jabil factories.
• Developing technical knowledge in engineering teams.
• Supporting customer visits and audits.
• Participating in the improvement of systems and procedures (local and global) to continuously improve efficiency and comfort of work in the TE department.

What we expect:

• Completed engineering studies in electronics, mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a test engineer (we accept equivalent combination of knowledge, training, and experience).
• Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level, enabling free communication.
