Your Responsibilities

• Independently manufacturing and assembling complex, diverse, and single-part surgical instruments
• Setting up the workplace and working on conventional machines
• Grinding, deburring, filing, bending, straightening, drilling, and assembling surgical instruments and parts
• Learning and maintaining process requirements in the assigned area to meet safety, quality, compliance, and production goals as well as training requirements
• Performing in-process inspections and quality checks according to specifications
• Performing functional and surface inspections
• Timely and proper assembly according to manufacturing order, assembly and test instructions, procedure instructions, and drawings
• Safe use of various measuring instruments
• Participating in continuous improvement processes

What You Bring With You

• Completed technical education, e.g., as a surgery mechanic or tool mechanic in the field of instrument technology or a comparable vocational qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience or a combination of education, experience, and/or training
• Careful and quality-conscious work
• Willingness to support in other areas
• German in speech and writing
• Basic English knowledge is desirable
