Requirements:

• Education in the field of economics/finance/international relations/mathematics/physics
• Knowledge of English at an intermediate level or higher (for correspondence and communication)
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Willingness to quickly learn
• Customer-oriented
• Punctuality
• Ability to work within clearly defined time frames

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with the customer, cooperation with other departments
• Coordination of shipments according to customer requirements with prior analysis and risk assessment
• Monitoring changes in customer needs, timely response, and analysis of changes in orders
• Active participation in scheduled functional and cross-functional meetings (as a participant or as a process leader)
• Timely completion of training programs in WD, continuous professional development
• Knowledge of the basic processes and procedures that govern PL&WC
