Requirements

• Technical/mathematical/economical education
• Good analytical abilities
• Structured and organized
• Proficiency in drafting software is an advantage

Main Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of production standards
• Creation, modification, and maintenance of the current state of the production line drawing
• Research and improvement of the ergonomics of workplaces
• Collection of statistical data and analysis of processes to identify problem areas and their root causes
• Investigation of the causes of defects and implementation of measures to prevent their recurrence
• Assessment of the human resources necessary for sorting and repair processes
• Active participation in projects aimed at improving production
