Your Impact

The role involves preparing comprehensive civil and structural drawings, including plans, sections, steel detailing, and extracting 2D deliverables from 3D SP3D models while ensuring adherence to project and client drafting standards. It requires strong capability in 3D modeling using SP3D, Navisworks, and integrating Tekla models to support coordination and design revisions across disciplines. The position also includes performing accurate material take‑offs (MTO) for civil and structural works directly from 3D models, along with effective communication with internal design teams. With 6–12 years of experience, the candidate should demonstrate expertise in RCC and steel detailing, layout development, and efficient use of software tools and plugins across industrial, commercial, and mixed‑use projects.

• Prepare range of civil and structural drawings such as plans, elevations, sections, details etc.
• Preparation of steel structural drawings including connection details
• Preparation of civil drawings like grading plans, paving plans, roads, stormwater drainage and sewer details, and other civil plans/details
• Good Knowledge of 3D modeling in SP3D and should be able to extract 2D drawing and produce finals drawings
• Learn and successfully apply company, client, and project drafting standards and procedures · Execute design changes and project drawing revisions
• Successfully communicate and correspond with internal design resources.
• Material take offs for civil & structural works from 3D Model
• Core competency in drafting and detailing of Civil & Structural designs and should have ability and hands on experience to work on schematic /statutory/ working drawings.
• Coordinate drafting/modelling activities with other discipline designers
• Expert in operating SP3D platform, layout development, 3d model creation, layout extraction, Family creation.
• Hands-on experience on various plugins addons to efficiently utilize the software capabilities.
• Knowledge of Navis works for coordination model development and review

Here's What You'll Need

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI courses in Civil Draughtsman
• 6-12 years of experience in developing the 3D models for civil and structural works for Industrial projects, commercial, mix use projects and FMCG projects for RCC and steel buildings.
• Hands-on experience of 3D modeling software SP3D, Navis work
• Good Knowledge of 3D modeling software SP3D and should be able to extract 2D drawing from 3D model and produce finals drawings
• Ability to do Material take offs for civil & structural works. Extraction of MTO from SP3D is essential.
• Integration of 3D Tekla Model into SP3D
• Good knowledge of steel / reinforced concrete detailing practices (as per international codes) preferable to be able to check & review our global engineering partner's drawings.
