Jacobs is seeking an experienced Experiential Graphic Designer that functions at the senior level with demonstrated experience supporting an Experiential Design, Architecture, or Interiors firm preferred. Working across the myriad markets that Jacobs services, this position will help create comprehensive sign programs globally. This is a client-facing position that will focus on producing the complete scope of assigned projects while maintaining communications across project teams and meeting deliverables schedules.
This role will pick up a current project mix in various phases of completion, and will lead all phases of future work. Proven experience in wayfinding and signage programs for complex environments is a must. Full knowledge of ADA and building codes as relates to signage is required. Field survey experience is desirable but not required. Working knowledge of sign fabrication methods and materials is very helpful with hands-on fabrication experience a major plus.
Key tasks include:
Self-direction and independent production as well as an understanding that project success is reliant on the efforts of the Experiential Graphic Designer. Occasional project travel may be required and a current passport is desirable.
A portfolio of completed work that focuses on the candidate's work will be required. This is a regular full-time hourly paid position.
Posted salary range: Minimum $64,400.00 to $85,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
